Are they a well respected brand, or do they not reflect good value for money?

I'm considering this watch as a gen beater. Chase-Durer Strike Force GMT No. 2 with Microteck H3 Tritium Tubes -Swiss Made -UltraGlow – mb-Microteck H3. I am wearing a Chase Durer Chronograph right now that I have worn daily for the past three years. This is one of there cheaper models, Japanese movement rather than Swiss. I think it was a very good value at about 0.00. Case and band are both well made, Watch is accurate and extremely rugged.
