I want to buy a pricey watch (by my standards) on Gemnation and was wondering if this was a legit site selling actually genuine watches. Does anyone have any experience or know something? Gemnation sent an email asking me to call about this issue. The claim is that there was a similar charge of 9 on or around the same time as mine and that customer did not return their item. The refund is already completed.They made false claims on WOWCHER by offering mystery box where every customer gets assorted items including selfridges vouchers, perfumes , watches, jewellery from luxury brands like Chanel, Michael Kors, Gucci, gemnations jewellery etc. (Via a Lucky Draw!) Not every watch comes with a "letter of authenticity" Besides, it's easier to fake a letter than fake a watch. How do you know it's a replica? What did they say when you informed them?
