I’m seeing a legit 19018 OQ with a dial not original to the model. Bezel and datewheel look right, but whoever replaced the dial left it slightly off-center (and did the same to the crystal in the process). You can buy a “DWO” (date wheel overlay) either here or on ebay and then glue it onto the existing date wheel. You will need to open up the watch, decase it, remove the hands, remove the dial, glue the DWO on, adjust it and do all of the above backwards . I think slightly off center is within the range of tolerance- but this looks like (based on the angle) some of the bottom of the date is covered. What is probably more problematic is that your comment seems to suggest it’s inconsistent, sometimes centered and sometimes not. When I’ve seen slightly off centered it always stays exactly that way.
