Bluefly is legit, they’ve been around for decades. They’re kind of like Zappos. They sell authentic items, just tends to be older stock and that’s why there are often discounts.
I lodged my complaint 2 days ago and am still waiting to hear back. I decided to do a google search to see if I could find out more information, and to my surprise, a lot of other people complained about receiving a fake Gucci bag .
The reason for the false accusation is because the handbags were listed as final sale and not eligible for return for buyer's remorse but since the return was rejected due to our policy on final.

Here's what I think probably happened. I think Bluefly used a bad picture, a picture of a non-authentic bag. Perhaps this picture was back from when they had issues with bluefly before?? The reason I think it is not the appropriate picture for the bag is because the description says it's a green bag. That bag is not green.
